  1. It would be ideal if you could rerun a report from history and have the option to click on it to edit it again before rerunning it. If I run a report with several data filters and I mess up on a filter or the client wants to change the filter after they see how it looks. Or i just need to run it for different dates, I have to start the report from scratch instead of just clicking on the report I already ran in history and making the needed changes to rerun it from there.

  2. It would be great if there were a level above Batches where we could set up a batch of reports that get sent to a number of clients. Most of our clients get the same exact batch of reports, and when we make changes to the batch, we have to go through each of the clients and either copy the new set or add reports onto the batch (which can be hundreds of clients). It would be great if we could just make the change to one group and have it apply to the whole set of corporations.

  3. Be able to schedule reports to be sent on the 29, 30 of the month. Currently the schedule is either the 28th or last day of month.

  4. I created a generic report to be used for various clients with different filters. But, the filters always appear in the header. This forces me to make copies of the generic report with the filters hard-coded This is the only way I can prevent the filters from appearing.

  7. I have many sales reports showing invoice number, traveler, itinerary, invoice amount, etc., grouped by invoice. The column widths were set in Advanced Settings for fields. However, if one invoice has a traveler name longer than the width of the column, that width expands. However, it only changes for that one invoice. The result is that all fields are shifted to the right and totals are no longer aligned. Columns should be locked into what was designed. If data is too long, it should either be cut off, or better still wrapped to the next row. This is more acceptable…

  8. Currently there is no option to CC or BCC for scheduled reports. There are times when the report just needs to be copied to someone but they do not have to action it

  10. I want to have access to your canned report templates. There are a few reports that I like but want to make minor adjustments and sort differently. Erik...can you make that happen?

  11. When setting up report packages you can only choose reports based on the name. In some cases there are several with almost the same name. Would like to be able to see the report number so the correct report is picked.

  12. Currently if a report is run in Excel Raw data "time" cannot be shown on the report. It shows as date and not time. Building more and more reports and time is a popular field that needs to be shown.

It would be helpful when pulling hotels for a certain state, etc. that if you use the state filter first that the next filter for city would be condensed to only those cities located within that state. So for instance, if I want to run a report for all hotels within Florida. If I set the first filter to equal vendor state of FL then when I select the second filter of vendor city, only cities registered in your database for Florida would appear.

  15. with new dates, a new company instead of creating a new report each time and having to redo filters etc. I am aware of creating scheduled reports but I can only copy the batch and not individual reports within the batch. Sometimes the report required is in reports history and not in a scheduled batch.

  16. Pivot tables are in Report builder but when you run in "excel data only" the report FAILS. pivot tables only appear when report is run in Excel, PDF or other formats. Many clients want to have reports in excel data only so they can be manipulated.

  17. In Corporation management have the ability to select all corporations under a group code to remove at once, or if updating using a group code the data should validate and add new and remove old. Currently it adds new but OLD is still shown.

  19. When running a report allow agency admins to use corporation branding instead of agency branding. This will allow reports to have corporation logo instead of agency logo.

  20. It would be great to have the ability to edit/change more information within a user account. It is a hassle to have to delete a user and then recreate their entire profile when I just simply want to add them as an admin user.
