Have Groups updated at time of sync
When grouping corporations or multiple accounts the system does not REMOVE an account it only ADDS any new ones. Would like the ability for the system to REMOVE accounts that are no longer in the group if they are no longer included.

Columns widths should be locked into what was designed.
I have many sales reports showing invoice number, traveler, itinerary, invoice amount, etc., grouped by invoice. The column widths were set in Advanced Settings for fields. However, if one invoice has a traveler name longer than the width of the column, that width expands. However, it only changes for that one invoice. The result is that all fields are shifted to the right and totals are no longer aligned. Columns should be locked into what was designed. If data is too long, it should either be cut off, or better still wrapped to the next row. This is more acceptable…

Copying Report packages to other users
Being able to copy a report package and designate to another user would save time. Recreating a package for each specific user name can be very time consuming.

use Inches or Centimetres to set Field Width in Report Builder
Pixels are not accurate for formatting columns in a report. They would be useful in placing images for output with specific resolutions in mind, but are not easily converted to real-world measurements.

Import Microsoft Outlook contacts
I believe it could be beneficial to be able to import your contacts from a third party email program. It takes time having to add each individual person into the distribution list.

be able to show time in Report builder reports
Currently if a report is run in Excel Raw data "time" cannot be shown on the report. It shows as date and not time. Building more and more reports and time is a popular field that needs to be shown.

Currently there is no option to CC or BCC for scheduled reports. There are times when the report just needs to be copied to someone but they do not have to action it

In Corporation management have the ability to select all corporations under a group code or if updating using a group
In Corporation management have the ability to select all corporations under a group code to remove at once, or if updating using a group code the data should validate and add new and remove old. Currently it adds new but OLD is still shown.

Add reports by report name for packages
When setting up report packages you can only choose reports based on the name. In some cases there are several with almost the same name. Would like to be able to see the report number so the correct report is picked.

Add ability to create a batch of reports that we can use for multiple corporations
It would be great if there were a level above Batches where we could set up a batch of reports that get sent to a number of clients. Most of our clients get the same exact batch of reports, and when we make changes to the batch, we have to go through each of the clients and either copy the new set or add reports onto the batch (which can be hundreds of clients). It would be great if we could just make the change to one group and have it apply to the whole set of corporations.
21 votesWe have discussed this internally and have decided to implement this. Currently reports are scheduled as batches. We will add the ability to schedule a single report for multiple corporations.

Create a way to search for specific reports in Report History
In the Report History, it would be great if we could search for a specific report name or corporation. We run a lot of reports at once (hundreds sometimes), and it's tedious going through all of the pages.

Add option to save reports to your computer
I don't know if this is possible, but it would save me a lot of time if there was a way to save processed reports directly to a drive on my computer.
2 votesWe are discussing if we should implement such a feature. You can have reports emailed to you at which point Microsoft Outlook provides a “Save All Attachments” features which can be used to save all reports in the email to a single folder.

Dropdown for header toolbar?
It would have been useful when I was first learning about the site to know what was in each section of the header without having to click on each one...ie it wasn't intuitive to me that Edit Corporations was in the Settings tab. Maybe there could be a drop down that appears when you hover over the buttons.

Make a smart filter for City and State
It would be helpful when pulling hotels for a certain state, etc. that if you use the state filter first that the next filter for city would be condensed to only those cities located within that state. So for instance, if I want to run a report for all hotels within Florida. If I set the first filter to equal vendor state of FL then when I select the second filter of vendor city, only cities registered in your database for Florida would appear.

Add an activity log where we can see user activity in the system. Things users would liek to see:
