On the User Admin page, is there a way to add one or both of the following items?
• Can we get a column for Trams Interface ID? Since you keep so many inactive agents in the system, I have to make sure I’m not using an ID for a new agent that has been used in the past. Otherwise, it screws up the reports.
• Can you add a column sort? When I look for dupe ID’s, it would help if I could sort that column.
